Return Policy

To return a product, please email customerservice@knickerbockerbedframe.com to receive an authorization number.

Please provide an explanation why you want to return the item along with photo documentation. We must receive your request for return within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

If the product is defective, full credit will be given. These situations occur very rarely and we will need you to send us a photo of the item to verify any claims.

We do not allow returns in cases of buyers remorse or mistaken purchase unless the product is unopened and returned to us at the customer’s expense in the original box. In that case, we will process your return within three business days after receipt of your package and we will refund your initial purchase back to your credit card.
